Job summary

Encode, Inc. is seeking an IT Solution Architect for a remote Topeka, KS position (within 1 hour of commute). This C2H engagement requires hands-on architecture design and collaboration with stakeholders to shape complex systems.

You will model business and system processes, develop test plans, review designs for compliance, and mentor teams while advancing IT standards and security practices. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in systems design and development.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software evaluation principles and practice.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and oral communications to establish rapport with business and agency staff for effective problem identification and resolution of problems.

Responsibilities
