Job Title: Solution Architect

Overview:

Core responsibilities focus on your role as the lead functional consultant for Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems solution implementations across the Americas.

You will design best-in-class solutions using a suite of products in the Warehouse Management space and stay at the forefront with our latest product innovations.

You will serve as the functional liaison among key stakeholders, including customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.

What you'll do

1. Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management software solutions, utilizing industry best practices.
2. Apply domain knowledge to understand and configure solutions to meet customer requirements and business processes.
3. Lead solution design to ensure clarity, validation, and adherence to timelines.
4. Guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment to ensure smooth transition to operations.
5. Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to achieve customer satisfaction and value delivery.
6. Assess business needs outside standard solutions, considering integration complexity and architecture constraints.
7. Identify and highlight opportunities for incremental revenue with existing customers and projects.
8. Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer-specific needs and product enhancements.

What we are looking for

Industry and Product Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Blue Yonder's Warehouse Management Systems (version 9.1 or above), either as a customer or consultant.
• Experience with other supply chain solutions like HighJump, Manhattan, or SAP is a plus.
• Experience in management consulting or Supply Chain Centers is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong business analysis skills, understanding of statistical algorithms, inventory optimization, and tactical supply chain planning.
• Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences, with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Education:

• Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with relevant industry experience may suffice.

Travel: Expected within the US at 50%-75%.

Salary Range: $114,104 - $135,000 USD. Compensation will depend on skills, experience, and other factors. Role may include bonuses or commissions.
