Blue Yonder Job Title: Solution Architect - Supply Chain Planning (Manufacturing)

Virtual within the US

Travel:

50% domestic travel expected

Overview:

Blue Yonder is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Delivery Services team, where your focus is to ensure customers realize value from their Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions across the US and Canada.

In this role, you will design best-in-class solutions using a suite of products, such as Demand, Enterprise Supply Planning, Sequencing, Order Optimization, and Inventory Optimization, as well as being on the leading edge with our latest product innovations.

You will be the functional liaison across stakeholders, including key customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to drive the timely and successful delivery of the final solution.

What You'll Do:
  1. Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning software solutions for customers, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies.
  2. Apply domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how the Blue Yonder solutions can be configured and delivered to best meet customer requirements and business processes.
  3. Lead solution design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timeline.
  4. Conduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases to ensure a seamless transition to steady state.
  5. Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and customer satisfaction.
  6. Assess business needs outside the standard solution and scope, including integration complexity, architecture constraints, and product roadmaps.
  7. Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects.
  8. Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer-specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements.
What we are looking for:
  1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience delivering advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions end-to-end in the manufacturing industry.
  2. Experience with the Blue Yonder Planning suite of solutions including Demand, Enterprise Supply Planning, Sequencing, Order Optimization, and Inventory Optimization.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field is strongly preferred.
  4. Experience conducting design sessions, interpreting business requirements, and mapping to Supply Chain Solution functionalities, as well as system integration and user acceptance testing.
  5. Experience with solutions leveraging Cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is USD $99,208.00 - $143,896.00. The range reflects current national data; actual salary may vary based on location, skills, experience, and other factors. The role is eligible for performance bonuses or commissions.
