Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced IFS Manufacturing Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of IFS Cloud ERP solutions. This role is critical to driving digital transformation across core business and manufacturing operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IFS Cloud ERP implementations across value streams (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Build to Ship, etc.)
• Configure IFS modules including Discrete Manufacturing, Engineer-to-Order, Shop Floor Reporting, and MRP
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
• Oversee testing, training, and deployment phases
• Ensure governance and change management across global and localized implementations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years in ERP implementation, including 2+ years with IFS Cloud
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, costing, supply chain, and procurement processes
• Experience with related ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Infor, MS Dynamics)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
• Willingness to travel as needed
