Reports to: VP, Account Director - Client Services

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

A Solutions Architect (“SA”) to bridge the gap between our client’s business needs and our technical capabilities. The SA will be responsible for designing and communicating solutions across workstreams, both internally and externally, to ensure project success.

This role involves working directly with clients, both prospective and existing, to understand their requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with clients and client teams to define solutions and scope; championing that scope internally; supporting solution questions; gathering and documenting core requirements; providing RFP support; leading product demonstrations.
  • Creating comprehensive technical solutions with documentation of all integration points, demonstrating awareness of business functions and technical strategy, benefits, risks, and costs.
  • Negotiating business requirements with clients to manage scope and expectations regarding delivery timelines.
  • Communicating and clarifying business requirements across teams to meet business objectives.
  • Proposing and leading the implementation or improvement of innovative approaches, methods, processes, or technologies.

Core competencies include solution architecture across multiple client systems, delivering product demos, thriving in fast-paced environments, guiding solutions during client implementations, handling critical conversations, negotiating, coordinating delivery, taking decisive actions, supporting team accountability, and stepping in for other leaders when needed.

Required Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise:

  • 3+ years experience in understanding client requirements, solution design, sales support, and delivery in a tech environment.
  • 2-4+ years in software implementation support, technical project direction, or pre-sales engineering.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, digital strategies, and related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, organizational skills, attention to detail, positive attitude, strong listening skills, and tactful communication.

Position Details:

This is a full-time position with salary based on experience and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, insurance, STD, LTD, 401k, and vacation.

Location:

1519 Carroll Drive Atlanta GA, 30318; preferred locations are Atlanta, GA or Chattanooga, TN. Remote options available. Individuals only; recruiters, freelancers, or subcontractors need not apply.
