Description-

Fexle Inc. seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect responsible for architecting Salesforce solutions across multiple projects or one large complex project. Under the guidance of a lead Architect, this role serves as a trusted advisor to both internal and external partners within the Salesforce ecosystem. The Solution Architect will engage directly with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze information, and develop comprehensive solutions that align with business goals and Salesforce best practices.

Responsibilities-

  • Provide overall architecture/design for Salesforce implementations across multiple projects or a large complex project under the leadership of a lead Architect.
  • Create prototypes and proofs of concept to aid in defining requirements.
  • Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, determining when custom solutions are necessary.
  • Lead or participate in the definition and prioritization/scoping of business and functional requirements and project sizing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the best implementation strategies for Salesforce solutions.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks.
  • Architect and deliver a robust data model that supports project requirements.
  • Engage with prospects by visiting various trade shows, conferences, product launches, and promotional events to capture leads.
  • Champion the Salesforce cloud offerings both internally and externally, driving awareness of the value of Salesforce.
  • Educate customers about Salesforce products, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Generate Leads by executing all aspects of events, including managing booths at trade shows, conferences, etc.
  • Identify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening during customer interactions.
  • Travel regularly to attend in-person meetings to develop new business, identify project opportunities, and maintain existing clients.
  • Follow up with leads via calls, emails, or other channels to nurture relationships and encourage conversion.
  • Conduct online webinars/sessions to generate leads.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
  • Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.
  • Collaborate and manage sales support with remote teams based in India.
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospects.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation activities and suggest improvements.
  • Support sales by creating reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure Salesforce supports business processes.
  • Analyze lead data for trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on lead generation and Salesforce optimization efforts.
