Job description

We are now looking for a Solution Analyst to join our Business Support & Testing team. You will join a close-knit, ambitious team of 10+ highly talented and motivated Analysts. The team is responsible for supporting continuous service customers and colleagues to get the most out of their RELEX system. Additionally, the team supports the product organization by conducting acceptance testing for development items.

This role is ideal for a recent or soon-to-be graduate who wants to be part of building a success story and play a key role in our future growth. You are self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges. You will join an ambitious team of smart people committed to RELEX’s success. RELEX strives to take good care of its people.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Analyze and resolve supply chain and workforce-related issues faced by our customers and colleagues using RELEX’s leading-edge technology.
2. Provide consulting and support to customers on developing their RELEX system.
3. Ensure and support high-quality product development by conducting acceptance testing.
4. Conduct analyses and investigations on an ad-hoc basis for different internal stakeholders.

What you’ll bring to the table:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Proactive and result-driven attitude towards work.
3. Ability to understand SCM systems from both business and IT perspectives.
4. Educational background in Industrial Engineering, System Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, Information & Service Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, or other relevant fields.
5. Strong desire to learn how our products operate and deliver world-class service.
6. Outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

What we consider an advantage:

1. Previous experience as an Analyst, Data Scientist, or in customer service.
2. Ability to understand code and prior knowledge of databases.
3. Experience in retail, FMCG/CPG supply chain management, logistics, or pricing.
4. Experience in implementing or maintaining enterprise-scale software solutions.
