Job summary

RELEX Solutions in the US is seeking a Solution Analyst to join the Business support & testing team. You will work with a close-knit group of analysts on supporting continuous service customers and conducting acceptance testing for development items. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to grow and contribute to RELEX's success.

You will analyze supply chain issues, provide consulting on RELEX, and help ensure high-quality product development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid SQL knowledge for querying and data investigation.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and scripting willingness.
• Ability to understand SCM systems from business and IT perspectives.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Educational background in Industrial Engineering, System sciences, Data Science, Statistics, Information & Service Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, System sciences or other relevant subject expertise.

Job description

We are now looking for a Solution Analyst to join our Business support & testing team in the US. You will join a close-knit, ambitious team of 20+ highly talented and motivated Analysts. The team is responsible for supporting continuous service customers and colleagues to get the most out of their RELEX system. In addition, the team supports the product organization by conducting acceptance testing for development items. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate who wants to be part of building a success story and to play a key role in our future growth. You are self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges. • You will analyze and resolve supply chain related and SQL issues our customers and colleagues are facing by using RELEX's leading-edge technology
• You will provide consulting and support to customers on developing their RELEX system
• You will ensure and support high-quality product development by conducting acceptance testing
• You will conduct analyses and investigations on ad-hoc basis for different internal stakeholders

What you'll bring to the table:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of SQL databases and queries. Query Writing for reporting, data manipulation and investigation. Familiarity with Python for data analysis, with a willingness to grow scripting skills
• Proactive and result-driven attitude towards work
• Ability to understand SCM systems from both business and IT perspectives
• Excellent communication skills
• Educational background in Industrial Engineering, System sciences, Data Science, Statistics, Information & Service Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, System sciences or other relevant subject expertise
• Strong will to learn how our products operate and deliver world-class service
• Outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently AI & Technology

Skills

• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve personal productivity and streamline routine tasks
• Practical understanding of large language models (LLMs), including prompt design, context management, and appropriate model usage, and the ability to apply these concepts to real-world tasks such as documentation, investigation, and workflow support
• Ability to configure or leverage AI-assisted workflows to automate repeatable support tasks, while exercising sound judgment on when human expertise is required

What we consider an advantage:

• Previous work experience as an Analyst, Data Scientist etc or in customer service
• Ability to understand code and prior knowledge of databases
• Experience from retail, FMCG/CPG supply chain management, logistics, pricing
• Experience in implementing, or maintaining enterprise-scale software solutions
• Understanding of ITIL best practices for customer support
• Advanced Windows Server Operating System understanding - Domain Controllers, Active Directory, DNS, Server Manager etc.
