Job summary

Endurable Building Products in Brooklyn Center, MN is seeking a CAD Technician – SolidWorks Specialist to transform architectural visions into buildable models. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers and field teams to bring projects from concept to fabrication using SolidWorks.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree and 2–3 years in SolidWorks, strong drafting skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in architectural technology, engineering, or CAD equivalent.
• 2–3 years SolidWorks experience with assemblies and weldments.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and capture design intent.
• Develop preliminary and shop drawings with project managers.
• Create and revise engineering and fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate with field managers for real-world measurements.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
• Troubleshoot design challenges and drive solutions.
