Job summary

Solü Technology Partners in Arizona is seeking a CAD Designer to develop and maintain SolidWorks CAD models and drawings for fleet vehicles and equipment. You will support as-built documentation, 3D printing, and equipment specifications to assist the Engineering team.

Ideal candidates bring SolidWorks and PDM proficiency, strong communication, and familiarity with fleet operations and heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SolidWorks and PDM; Certified SW Professional preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with 3D printing.
• Familiarity with equipment purchase specifications.
• Familiarity with vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with fleet operations or maintenance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and update existing SolidWorks CAD models and drawings of fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Update fleet CAD models and drawings for final as built configuration upon fleet assets entering service.
• Maintain the Solidworks PDM database.
• Support development of the Engineering Order Documentation for fleet assets.
• Model and 3D print different components and parts in support of Transportation.
• Support Engineering team with asset specification, purchase, and service of equipment.
• Support other fleet engineering efforts as required.
