Job summary
Horsepower Automotive Group seeks a CAD Designer to translate bold ideas into manufacturable reality at our Chandler, AZ facility. You will create SolidWorks CAD models, build 3D sheet metal and tubular assemblies, and process scans to drive new product development for premium aftermarket off-road parts.

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience designing automotive or aerospace products.
- Strong SolidWorks skills for complex assemblies and sheet metal/tubular parts.
- Experience with tooling and fixtures to bring 3D models to life.
- Creative mindset with ability to translate ideas into manufacturable assemblies.
Responsibilities
- Create CAD models in SolidWorks daily from templates or new designs.
- Build complex 3D sheet metal and tubular assemblies ready for manufacturing.
- Process 3D scans and create scanned mesh models to drive new product development.
- Partner with prototype engineering to move products into automation and production.
- Incorporate open revision instructions and execute changes accordingly.
