Job summary

Stage 3 Separation, LLC is seeking a Solids Control Field Leader to oversee on-site operations and mentor a crew of technicians across multiple rigs. You will lead by example, ensure safety standards, and maintain equipment reliability while coordinating with field and support teams.

You will travel domestically to rig locations in the United States, manage 12-hour shifts, and support continuous improvement initiatives in safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree or technical diploma is preferred.
• Experience leading solids control field operations and supervising field staff is required.
• Ability to train, mentor, and coach field technicians; safety and productivity focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Solids Control field teams through supervision, training, and performance management.
• Oversee daily field operations on rotation, ensuring safety, productivity, and equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with Field Leaders, Technicians, and Trainees to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain accountability for solids control activities at assigned rig sites and report to Area Manager.
