Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 2.5; must be a full-time student by Spring 2027.
• Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university.
• Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering; Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce swarf accumulation and support process improvements.
• Develop detailed job plans to support critical projects for 2027 shutdowns.
• Partner with team members to support and execute a designated safety improvement project.
• Create step-by-step job plans and document processes in the LOGIC system for standardization.
• Design and implement a structured tagging system for IBA monitoring with clear naming conventions.
• Work with Process Control Engineering to access PLC/IBA tags and learn tagging processes.
