Job summary

Avance Cabinetry in Fall River, MA, is seeking a Solid Wood Associate to join the manufacturing team. You will select materials, cut, machine, assemble, and sand cabinet doors, drawer heads, and face frames using CNC machinery and hand tools.

The role emphasizes precision, safety, and teamwork, with responsibilities across production orders, door and frame work, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Monday–Friday shift with potential overtime; benefits include health, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CNC machinery and power tools preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements.
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs.
• Safety shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Completing solid wood components for production orders and transfers.
• Door and drawer head manufacturing, including cutting, machining, assembling, and finishing preparation.
• Face frame manufacturing with cutting, calibration, and machining.
• Safely using computer-controlled machines, table saws, router tables, power tools and hand tools.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Assisting in other departments and tasks as assigned.
