Job summary

Avance Cabinetry in Fall River, MA is seeking a Plywood Associate to join our manufacturing team on a 100% onsite schedule. You will select plywood materials, cut, machine, and prepare components for cabinet construction using CNC routers, panel saws, and edge banders.

Role requires attention to detail, ability to read blueprints and cut lists, and comfort with power tools. Safety shoes and lifting up to 49 lbs are expected expectations in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with CNC machinery, woodworking equipment, or manufacturing tools preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures, cut lists and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete plywood components for production orders and transfers.
• Manufacture plywood cabinet components using CNC routers and panel saws.
• Cut plywood sheets to size and machine joinery and hardware placement.
• Apply edge banding and perform quality checks.
• Assemble cabinet boxes and prepare components for downstream processes.
• Operate CNC machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
