Qualifications

• Experience with operation of large commercial equipment is preferred; 30 days experience for Equipment Operator II is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate trash collection or recycling vehicles and related equipment.
• Pick up trash, brush, litter, bulky items, and recycling materials.
• Read street maps and route sheets to locate destinations.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain vehicle records and safety reports.
