Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of personal injury paralegal experience.
• Litigation experience required; trial prep preferred.
• Paralegal certificate preferred; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sharp written/verbal communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
• Review and summarize medical records; conduct insurance investigations.
• Prepare damage summaries, discovery responses, and case files for litigation.
• Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, clients, and third-party vendors.
• Draft correspondence and settlement documentation; manage disbursements and liens.
