You will investigate insurance coverages, obtain and organize medical records, prepare damage summaries, and draft correspondence. You must communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and adjusters, and maintain accurate files for potential litigation.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years relevant work experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.

• Case Management: manage and organize complex prelitigation matters.
• Submissions: forward medical records and demand summaries to insurers.
