Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate, research facts and prepare documents to assist assigned attorney.
• Manage cases accurately and communicate with clients and attorneys in a timely manner.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records; prepare and forward records to insurance carriers.
• Prepare, calculate, and maintain damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage.
• Draft correspondence and maintain file organization for case management.
• Assist attorney with settlement documentation and disbursements; prepare disbursement summaries.
