This is a Paralegal Opportunity – Personal Injury (Plaintiff) in Cincinnati, OH. Our client, a growing personal injury law firm, is actively seeking a Paralegal with plaintiff-side experience to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients—providing updates, gathering case details, and managing court date communications
• Conduct legal research to support attorneys in case development
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Investigate facts to assist in the negotiation and resolution of legal disputes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate and organized client records and case files

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE prior experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiff-side)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
