Job summary

Titan Circuits is seeking a Soldering Technician / Electronics Assembler to build, solder, inspect, and assemble electronic and electromechanical subassemblies. You will follow IPC standards and use drawings, BOMs, and work instructions while maintaining safety and ESD procedures.

The role requires hands-on soldering skills, documentation of production activity, and ability to work with CETEC ERP. Candidates should be prepared for physical duties and ITAR-related requirements in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Soldering per IPC standards (IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 as applicable).
• BOMs, drawings, and work instructions used for subassembly build.
• Must pass background check and ITAR requirements.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components per IPC standards.
• Assemble electronic and electromechanical subassemblies using drawings and BOMs.
• Install hardware such as fasteners and cable assemblies.
• Perform rework and repair as required to meet quality standards.
• Conduct self-inspection and basic functional checks.
• Follow ESD and safety procedures at all times.
• Document work performed in travelers and production records.
• Use CETEC ERP to clock labor and review work orders.
• Report quality, material, or equipment issues to supervision.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-training in other areas.

The Soldering Technician / Electronics Assembler / Mechanical Assembler is responsible for the assembly, soldering, inspection, and mechanical build of electronic and electromechanical assemblies in accordance with work instructions, drawings, and quality standards. This role supports production goals by delivering high-quality products on time while adhering to safety, ESD, and quality requirements.Soldering Technician / Electronics Assembler / Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities:Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components in accordance with IPC standards (IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 as applicable).Assemble electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical subassemblies using drawings, schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions.Install hardware such as fasteners, brackets, standoffs, cable assemblies, and wiring harnesses.Perform rework and repair of assemblies as required.Conduct self-inspection and basic functional checks to ensure workmanship and quality requirements are met.Follow ESD, safety, and cleanliness procedures at all times.Accurately document work performed, including travelers, routers, and production records.Utilize the CETEC ERP system to clock labor, review work orders, follow travelers, and record production activity.Communicate issues related to quality, materials, documentation, or equipment to supervision.Support continuous improvement efforts related to quality, efficiency, and workmanship.Assist in cross-training and provide support to other production areas as needed.Pay Rate: $20.00-$28.00 DOEPhysical Demands:Physical demands are those of a typical office/manufacturing environment.
