Job summary

The Davis Companies Inc. in Nashua, NH is seeking a Soldering Technician for a temp-to-hire role. Workweek is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay rate of $23–$25 per hour.

You will interpret assembly procedures for SMT and thru-hole components, applying soldering expertise to electronic products. You will collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve defects, support transitions of new products to production, and ensure documentation, test fixtures and inspection

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years as a Soldering Technician.
• IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-610 certified highly preferred.
• Experience in high mix, mid-volume production lines.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow assembly procedures for SMT or Thru-hole components.
• Soldering expertise to assemble electronics products.
• Collaborate with engineers and production to resolve testing issues.
• Record defects and coordinate repairs with production.
• Assist with transitioning new products into production with proper docs and fixtures.
