Job summary

The DAVIS Companies in Norcross, GA is seeking a Soldering Technician for a contract-to-hire role. You will solder components onto PCB assemblies and keep a clean, organized work area while tracking materials through processing.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with pay between $21.00 and $23.00 per hour. Experience with soldering, microscopes, and PCB repair in electronics manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity, detail-oriented, and precise hand-eye coordination required.
• Experience using a microscope and soldering equipment for PCB work.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and tracking.
• Strong sense of urgency and purpose in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Solder new components onto repaired PCB/electronic parts.
• Maintain an organized work area and return tools to their location.
• Account for all material received, processed, and dispositioned.
