Responsibilities

• Perform SMT, through-hole, and electro-mechanical assembly and soldering.
• Support engineering prototype, pilot, and small-run production builds.
• Identify and resolve product start-up and assembly issues in collaboration with engineering and customers.
• Perform solder touch-up, modification, and rework on electronic assemblies.
• Assemble PCBs, cables, wire harnesses, connectors, and electronic components to required specifications.

Solderer Assembler - Contract To Hire
An electronic component manufacturing isseeking a skilled Solderer Assembler in the Salem, NH area to support engineering prototypes and low-volume production programs. This company is known for its commitment to quality and innovation in electronic manufacturing.
Shift of the Solderer Assembler:
6a-3:30pm M-Thurs every other Friday off with Friday hours being 6am-2:30pm
Pay Rate of the Solderer Assembler:
$28-29/hr DOE
Responsibilities of the Solderer Assembler:

• Perform SMT, through-hole, and electro-mechanical assembly and soldering using engineering documentation and assembly drawings.
• Support engineering prototype, pilot, and small-run production builds.
• Identify and resolve product start-up and assembly issues in collaboration with engineering and customers.
• Perform solder touch-up, modification, and rework on electronic assemblies.
• Assemble PCBs, cables, wire harnesses, connectors, and electronic components to required specifications.

Qualifications of the Solderer Assembler:

• Previous experience in electronic assembly and soldering.
• Experience with surface mount (SMT) and through-hole soldering techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience using soldering irons, microscopes, and electronic assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
