The position offers first shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with pay ranging from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience. Candidates should have 2+ years soldering or electronics assembly experience and basic reading of schematics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of soldering or electronics assembly experience.
• Experience with SMT and/or through-hole soldering.
• Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair soldering defects.

Responsibilities

• Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering of components and PCBs.
• Assemble electronics according to drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality and IPC compliance.
• Maintain production, quality, and inspection records.
