Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a Hand Solderer for the 1st shift in Salem, NH. This mid-level role focuses on soldering PCBA assemblies, including both SMT and through-hole components, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include performing soldering to IPC Class 2 standards, supporting assembly, rework, inspections, and maintaining quality records; you will collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams while following all safety and ESD procedures.

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour

SUMMARY The Hand Solderer is a mid-level role responsible for performing a variety of soldering operations on PCBAs, including both SMT and thru-hole components, with minimal supervision. This role requires demonstrated soldering skills, the ability to troubleshoot basic issues, and consistent delivery of high-quality work.
