Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM-12:00 PM

Job Duties
  • Perform Class 3 hand soldering according to IPC standards and engineering prints
  • Utilize soldering pots for wire and lead tinning
  • Cut, trim, and form wire leads using hand tools
  • Conduct visual self-inspections per IPC requirements
  • Perform light assembly and repetitive production tasks
  • Maintain accurate production records
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
  • Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous cup soldering experience preferred
  • Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Soldering Technician.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Soldering Technician you will assemble products or components, verify materials, inspect completed work, operate basic production tools, package finished items, and support daily manufacturing goals. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized work areas, identify quality concerns, and contribute to safe, accurate, and efficient factory operations.
