Responsibilities

Job description

Our client, a leading electronics manufacturer, is seeking Solderers, Machine Operators, and Assemblers to join their team. In this roleyou will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of electronic components. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: Starting at $16.00/hr.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform soldering, cleaning, and basic rework of component parts on electronic circuit boards.
• Assemble parts, printed circuit boards, cables, wire harnesses, and electronic enclosures.
• Work from detailed Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI), schematics, and drawings.
• Inspect assemblies for defects and ensure compliance with IPC standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with lean manufacturing principles.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical school experience is a plus.
• 6 months of prior experience in a soldering role
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
