Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of SMT and through-hole components on PCBAs.

• Troubleshoot and correct soldering and assembly issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation.
• Follow ESD, safety, and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet project requirements.

Hand Soldering Rework Assembler

Location: Salem, NH
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:0 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Duties

• Perform hand soldering of SMT and through-hole components on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs)
• Complete assembly, rework, repair, and modification of electronic components
• Inspect products for quality and identify defects or non-conforming assemblies
• Troubleshoot and correct soldering and assembly issues
• Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation
• Follow ESD, safety, and quality control procedures
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet project requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous hand soldering and electronics assembly experience required
• Experience working with PCBAs, SMT, and through-hole components preferred
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, drawings, and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
