Job description

  • Performs hand assembly of post-surface mount circuit boards by following detailed written instructions.

  • Reads and identifies values, orientation, and polarity of thru-hole components like capacitors, resistors, transistors, and ICs.

  • Uses assembly drawings and Bill of Materials to verify part numbers and placement.

  • Ensures correct part values and placement according to IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards.

  • Uses basic tools and materials such as hot glue, masking, and clipping for final product assembly.

  • Demonstrates responsibility for work quality, accuracy, and cleanliness, and collaborates well with team members.

  • Encouraged to notify team leads of quality issues and offer improvement ideas.

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED; prior assembly experience preferred but training is provided.

  • Must have manual dexterity, good eyesight, and ability to sit, stand, bend, and stretch for extended periods.

  • Works in a climate-controlled environment and receives benefits including medical, dental, PTO, and 401(k) with company match.
