Job summary

NEXT LEVEL STAFFING, LTD is seeking workers for first shift (630am-3:00pm) to assemble electronic products. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, performing advanced soldering and crimping, and preparing items for shipment.

Candidates will read complex measurements, inspect parts during assembly, and ensure quality per guidelines. Successful applicants will handle kitting, use various hand and power tools, and troubleshoot as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

  • Read, learn, understand, and interpret blueprints and work instructions to assemble products per guidelines and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret complex ruler measurements.
  • Perform advanced soldering and crimping tasks.
  • Identify and select wire sizes for production.
  • Know how to operate and change dies on the bench top crimper.
  • Prepare products for shipment via kitting and bagging procedures.
  • Assemble or modify electronic equipment and align components for wiring.
  • Assist with packaging and spot-checking others' work as needed.
  • Inspect and test parts during and after assembly per guidelines.
  • Provide in-process inspection for class 3 work with proper documentation.
  • Set up jobs and complete production paperwork, troubleshoot when needed.
  • Apply IPC training knowledge and maintain safe, clean work areas.
  • Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and specifications to determine materials and assembly instructions.

1st Shift- 630am- 3:00pm

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Read, learn, understand, and interpret blueprints and work instructions, and other instructions written or verbal, to complete assembly of products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards.
  • Read, understand, and interpret more complex ruler measurements.
  • Advanced soldering and crimping skills.
  • Ability to identify and pick out various sizes of wire for production.
  • Knowledge of crimping machine and changing of dies in bench top crimper.
  • Knowledge of kitting-bagging to prepare product for shipment.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools following appropriate methods and procedures to complete assembly of components or products and prepare products and other items for shipment.
  • Assemble or modify electronic equipment, position, align and adjust work pieces and electronic parts to facilitate wiring assembly.
  • Additional responsibilities, such as packaging and/or spot-checking others work
  • Inspect and test parts and products as necessary, during and/or after assembly, according to established guidelines and quality standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of all positions – go to person for assembly questions.
  • Responsible for In-process inspection of all class 3 work, proper documentation, and proper method of assembly.
  • Capable of setting up jobs and filling out paperwork for production.
  • Able to troubleshoot as needed.
  • Advanced knowledge of IPC Training Modules.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Read and interpret schematic drawings diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, reports to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions
