Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive relevant experience in DoD environments.
• DoD TS/SCI clearance active
• DoD 8570/8140-compliant certification at IAT Level II (Security+ CE) at minimum
• 4+ years of SolarWinds administration experience
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, SNMP/NetFlow, and SQL reporting
• Scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities and effective communication

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and administer SolarWinds monitoring tools
• Customize dashboards, alerts, and reports to meet monitoring requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring requirements
• Implement and manage SolarWinds solutions for proactive issue resolution
• Analyze SolarWinds data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
• Maintain documentation and procedures for SolarWinds configurations and best practices
• Provide training on SolarWinds products and monitoring concepts
• Occasional after-hours on-call and travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations
