Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Vendor Dispatch Coordinator to manage end-to-end coordination of vendor service requests, from review to completion. You will confirm scope, identify vendors, schedule, and ensure safe, timely service delivery.

Responsibilities include RFQs, quotes, PO issuance, spare parts tracking, and system updates in Airtable, GSP, and CRM. A hybrid Houston-based role with 5–20% travel and a 6‑month contract. Bachelor’s or technical degree or equivalent experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical degree, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a technical-oriented customer service role or 3+ years in a technical field.
• Preferred experience in the solar industry.

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming dispatch requests to verify feasibility, scope, and details.
• Coordinate vendor dispatch for onsite service and align with requirements.
• Optimize vendor schedules to improve efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate site visits between clients, vendors, and Field Service teams.
