Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Vendor Dispatch Coordinator to manage end-to-end coordination of vendor service requests, including scoping, RFQs, quotes, POs, and records. You will work with Field Service and Engineering to ensure timely, safe service and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills, with hybrid work from Houston, TX. Prior experience in vendor coordination and dispatch in a renewable energy context is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical degree, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a technical-oriented customer service role or 3+ years in a technical field.
• Preferred experience in the solar industry.

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming dispatch requests for feasibility and scope of work.
• Coordinate vendor dispatches for onsite service with technical alignment.
• Optimize vendor schedules to reduce costs and meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records in service management systems.
