Job summary

QE Solar is seeking a Vegetation Field Coordinator to support vegetation management operations at utility-scale solar sites. This hands-on leadership role will oversee mowing, trimming, herbicide application, and site inspections while leading small crews in outdoor environments.

You will ensure safe work practices, coordinate field activities with supervisors and clients, and adapt plans to site conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience leading field crews in outdoor environments.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot field equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead vegetation crews to perform mowing, trimming, and site clearing.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on all tasks.
• Operate trucks and support equipment between sites.
• Track progress and report to supervisors.
• Coordinate with clients and supervisors on work plans.
