Qualifications

• Mastery of written and spoken English required.
• Experience with networks (TCP/IP, SSH, Modbus, 2.4GHz, Zigbee, VLANs, IPv4).
• 2+ years engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for Commissioning Technicians.
• Monitor and remediate faults in the system using Genius Tracker.
• Travel to site to train technicians.
