Qualifications

• Mastery of written and spoken English required.
• 2+ years engineering experience preferred.
• Background in solar/renewables and SCADA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for Commissioning Technicians, SCADA, and O&M teams.
• Monitor and remediate faults using Genius Tracker system.
• Handle incoming RMA requests from customers.
• Interface with Genius Tracker system with SSH and TCP/IP python scripts.
• Travel to site to train technicians or accelerate timelines.

Programming experience (Python, C)

Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, SSH, Modbus)
