Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance on solar panels, inverters, racking, and tracking systems.
• Record maintenance activities in CMMS with detailed work orders.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Assist in preparing maintenance reports and recommendations.
• Engage in on-the-job training to advance within solar operations.
• Handle and organize tools and materials.
• Collaborate with Site Lead and higher-level technicians.
• Perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs in various weather.
