Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year of technical experience or technical education.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.
• Willing to work nights during maintenance.
• Able to work outdoors in inclement weather.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on solar, substation, and related equipment.
• Vegetation management as per the plan; operate large equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues including inverter and tracker faults, network communications, and substation problems.
• Understand electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic functions of all solar site components.
• Conduct daily site maintenance wearing safety equipment to inspect, maintain, and repair equipment.
