US Community Solar in Chicago is seeking elite Player-Coaches to lead, train, and scale high-performing field teams in community solar programs. You will drive door-to-door initiatives, enroll homeowners, and manage rapid hiring pipelines across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Proven indoor-to-door sales track record (Solar, Roofing, Telecom, Security, or Pest Control)
• Leadership that builds people and grows teams
• Growth mindset with high motivation and ambition
• Ability to execute a local territory plan and monitor rep metrics
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Produce: Lead from the front and train your team to educate and enroll homeowners in free community solar programs.
• Recruit & Scale: Interview, hire, and onboard a steady stream of reps each region.
• Train & Retain: Run daily team huddles, field training, and territory mapping for efficiency.
• Strategy: Plan and execute growth plans to hit weekly and monthly market goals.
