US Community Solar in Chicago is seeking elite Player-Coaches to lead, train, and scale high-performing field teams in community solar programs. You will drive door-to-door initiatives, enroll homeowners, and manage rapid hiring pipelines across multiple regions.

Your Role (The Player-Coach Model)

• Produce: Lead from the front by hitting doors with yourteam, showing them exactly how to educate and enroll homeownersin free community solar programs.
• Recruit & Scale: Interview, hire, and onboard asteady stream of new talent using our continuousrecruitment pipeline (we aim to add multiple reps weeklyper region).
• Train & Retain: Run high-energy daily team huddles,conduct field training, and master territory mapping to ensureyour team is hitting maximum efficiency.
• Strategy: Plan, forecast, and execute localized businessgrowth plans to consistently crush weekly and monthly market goals.
