Job summary

Enervia LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for utility-scale solar projects. The role requires owning the financial and contractual performance from turnover through closeout, with responsibility for budgets, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow.

You’ll lead in-field teams and coordinate with construction managers to deliver results. Ideal candidates understand production metrics, labor productivity, quantities, equipment utilization, and how field performance shapes forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing utility-scale solar, heavy electrical, substation, or similar construction projects.
• Exposure to a self-performing contractor and in-field leadership.
• Strong understanding of labor production, quantities, and cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Owns budgets, forecasting, Cost-to-Complete, WIP, billing and cash flow.
• Oversees self-perform labor, production, productivity and installed quantities.
• Manages contracts, change orders, RFIs and commercial correspondence.
• Leads procurement, subcontractors and major material coordination.
• Maintains project schedules, risks and recovery plans.
• Maintains owner relationships and progress meetings.
• Handles change-order pricing, negotiation and recovery.
• Ensures financial and contractual success of projects.
