Syncarpha Capital is a New York-based private equity firm accelerating sustainable energy projects across the United States. We seek a Solar & Storage Project Developer to manage site origination, permitting, interconnection, and the full lifecycle of PV and storage developments.

Ideal candidates have 3–6+ years of direct development experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong negotiation and public speaking skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of direct solar/storage project development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient with MS Office and GIS mapping software.
• Experience with project management tools and Salesforce.
• Strong negotiation and public speaking skills; willingness to travel 20–30%.
• Must have legal US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable solar and storage sites using GIS and data tools.
• Lead land origination and real estate negotiations with landowners.
• Coordinate local permitting and community engagement efforts.
• Manage interconnection analysis with utilities and IA processes.
• Oversee full lifecycle project development from origination to handoff.
• Develop schedules, budgets and risk registers to keep projects on track.
