Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of renewable energy finance, M&A, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success modeling transaction capital structures and risk.
• Proven track record managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Experience leading a team of analysts/associates.
• Strong ability to translate model outputs into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Own Financial Closing for all project-level Tax Equity and Debt transactions from term sheet to funding.
• Serve as internal Deal Manager coordinating cross-functional teams across Development, Construction, Engineering, Legal, Tax, Accounting and Operations.
• Lead comprehensive financial modeling for projects through construction and close.
• Oversee a team of analysts/associates supporting Project Finance.
• Drive underwriting functions including valuation, forecasting, and financing document terms.
• Coordinate with Development deal teams to navigate diligence and credit processes.
