Job summary

The Boldt Company – National Power & Industrial is hiring a Site Superintendent to lead field execution on large-scale solar projects. You will coordinate craft and subcontractor activities, keep site work moving safely, on schedule, and within budget, and build strong partnerships with Project Managers and trade partners.

Qualifications

• Direct solar superintendent experience
• 10–14 years of industry experience
• Union experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to manage civil/electrical/mechanical coordination

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution on large-scale solar/renewables projects and coordinate craft and subcontractor activities.
• Drive safety, schedule, and budget adherence on active job sites.
• Partner with Project Managers and trade partners to align scopes and resolve issues.
• Own the field plan including staffing, logistics, and productivity (BPS).
