Job summary

This key leadership role requires deep union experience and strong coordination across civil, electrical, and mechanical scopes, with daily liaison to Project Managers and Owners. You will drive safety, productivity, and teamwork across the jobsite.

Qualifications

• Direct solar superintendent experience.
• 10–14 years of related industry experience.
• Strong site leadership with civil/electrical/mechanical coordination.
• Union experience is a must‑have.
• Schedule and cost awareness—ability to spot overruns and keep work on track.
• Comfort using project tools/technology.

Responsibilities
