Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Willingness to work long hours and travel to various job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment (skid steers, bob cats, forklifts) to assist solar installation.
• Maintain equipment, keep sites clean, and store gear safely.
• Coordinate with foreman and spotters to ensure safe operations.
• Assist with daily reporting and site documentation.
• Contribute to safety and OSHA compliance on busy solar sites.
