Job summary

Venture Home is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to represent inside Lowe's stores, educate homeowners about solar energy, and schedule complimentary in-home consultations with Energy Consultants.

The role offers full-time hours with part-time options at select locations, an hourly wage of $16 plus uncapped commission, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to Lowe’s locations.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe’s retail locations.
• Educate homeowners about solar energy and home energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultant.
• Accurately document customer information and appointments.
• Attend ongoing training to stay current on products and promotions.
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
