Job summary

Venture Home is expanding its in-home solar sales team in the Lawrence area. Join a fast-growing residential energy company and help homeowners reduce utility costs through solar, battery storage, and electrical upgrades.

We are seeking experienced closers with a proven sales track record. A reliable vehicle and license are required. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commission; OTE ranges from $100,000 to $250,000 depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Sales experience - Required.
• Outside sales (In-home sales) - preferred
• Solar experience – welcomed
• Willingness to learn.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful. A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.
We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".
