Venture Home in the Northeast is seeking a Solar Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is not a door-knocking or cold-call role; we hire closers with a proven sales track record.

A reliable vehicle and a valid license are required to be considered for the position. Our appointment-setting teams schedule qualified appointments for you to meet with homeowners and close with the best solar options in the industry.

• Sales experience - Required.
• Outside sales (In-home sales) - preferred.
• Solar experience – welcomed.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to present solar options and close deals.
• Coordinate with appointment setters to maximize closings.

About the Role

A Solar Sales Consultant is NOT a lead generation role where you will be asked to knock on doors or cold call. We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful. A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".

Compensation:

• Base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $100,000-$250,000)
